RNFI Services should add these services to Relipay App

यदि आप Relipay Retailer ID का उपयोग कर रहे हैं, तो आपने महसूस किया होगा कि निश्चित रूप से सेवाओं में कुछ कमियां हैं। इन कमियों को दूर करने के लिए आपको कंपनी में ईमेल भेज के सूचित करना चाहिए, की कुछ ऐसी सेवाएं है जिन्हे Relipay App में जोड़ना चाहिए। यदि आपको नहीं पता की कौनसे से ऐसे सेवाएं है, जिन्हे Relipay App में जोड़ा जा सकता है, तो आगे पढ़ते रहिये।

Payment Accept करने के लिए सेवाएं –

ग्राहकों से पेमेंट लेने के कई डिजिटल तरीके है। हालाँकि Relipay ने अभी तक कोई ऐसी सर्विस ऐड नहीं किया है, जिसके मदद से ग्राहकों से पेमेंट लिया जा सके।

अभी, Relipay App में AePS, Aadhar pay और Mini ATM सर्विस उपलब्ध है। जिनके सहायता से आप कस्टमर से भुगतान प्राप्त कर सकते है और प्रत्येक ट्रांसक्शन पर कमीशन भी अर्जित कर सकते है। यह सेवाएं लिमिटेड है और केवल लोकल कस्टमर्स से ही पेमेंट कलेक्ट कर सकते है।

निचे कुछ ऐसी सेवाएं है, जिन्हे Relipay App में जोड़ने से एप्लीकेशन की उपयोगिता और भी बढ़ जाएगी।

1 . QR Code – QR Code के मदद से भी ग्राहकों से भुगतान प्राप्त कर सकते है। हालाँकि QR Code के सहयता से पेमेंट लेने पर चार्जेस (MDR) लगता है। चार्ज देना किसी को पसंद नहीं होता, लेकिन यह एक पेमेंट कलेक्ट करने का अच्छा विकल्प है।

2 . Credit Card से भुगतान – RNFI ने अपने माइक्रो एटीएम (Mini ATM) डिवाइस में अभी तक Credit Card से पेमेंट लेने की सुविधा ऐड नहीं किया है। इस वजह कुछ मर्चेंट/रिटेलर्स को और कोई एप्प का सहारा लेना पड़ता है।

3 . Amazon Easy Store : प्रत्येक लोकेशन और रिटेलर के लिए Amazon Easy Store महत्त्वपूर्ण नहीं है, फिर भी कुछ रिटेलर्स ऐसे होते है, जो इस सर्विस को आजमाना चाहते है। इसलिए RNFI को यह सर्विस ऐड कर लेना चाहिए।

4 . SMS Payment : ग्राहकों को पेमेंट लिंक भेजकर भी भुगतान की वसूली की जा सकती है। हालाँकि इस प्रकार के सर्विस में बहुत ज्यादा चार्जेस देना पड़ता है, और ये हर किसी को अफोर्डेबल नहीं होता।
