Your KYC is pending from Bank end – RNFI Services (Relipay)

RNFI Services के Relipay App का ID और Password मिलने के बाद Retailer को Mobile एप्लीकेशन में लॉगिन करके Biometric KYC करना पड़ता है। बायोमेट्रिक केवायसी करने के बाद भी, अगर आप AEPS Transaction करने की कोशिश करते है, तो आपको “Your KYC is Pending from bank end, Will get updated in 48 hours” ऐसा एरर मैसेज दिखाया जाता है। इस समस्या को सोल्व करना बहुत आसान है। AEPS Services को पूर्ण रूप से कैसे एक्टिवेट कर सकते है, यह जानने के लिए आगे पढ़ते रहे।

Old Method –

नए अपडेट से पहले Relipay App में बेसिक सर्विसेज Distributor द्वारा एक्टिवेट किये जाते थे। और इस तरीके से इंस्टेंट एक्टिवेशन हो जाता था। लेकिन जब से RNFI ने रेलीपे की बेसिक आईडी मुफ्त में देना शुरू किया है, तब से बायोमेट्रिक KYC करने के बाद “Your KYC is pending from Bank end” ऐसा मैसेज दिखाया जाता है। इस मैसेज मतलब आपका AePS Service 48 घंटे के भीतर एक्टिवेट किया जायेगा, और तब तक आप कोई भी ट्रांसक्शन नहीं कर सकेंगे।

New Method –

पहले Relipay App में लॉगिन करें, और AEPS सेक्शन में उपलब्ध मिनी स्टेटमेंट सर्विस पर क्लिक करें। आगे मिनी स्टेटमेंट ट्रांसक्शन करने के लिए अपना आधार नंबर प्रविष्ट करे और बैंक नाम चुने। आगे सबमिट के बटन पर क्लिक करके ट्रांसक्शन करने की कोशिस करें। अगर “Your KYC is Pending from bank end, Will get updated in 48 hours” ऐसा एरर मैसेज दिखाई देता है, तो स्क्रीनशॉट लेकर हमे या अपने Distributor को व्हाट्सअप पर भेजे। स्क्रीनशॉट भेजने के बाद 15-20 मिनट्स के अंदर आपके सभी सेवाएं एक्टिवेट कर दिए जायेंगे।
