Why Paytm Wallet to Bank account transfers are chargeable?

पेटीएम आपको भुगतान के विभिन्न तरीकों के माध्यम से पैसे देने या स्थानांतरित करने के लिए एक मंच प्रदान करता है। जबकि एक बैंक खाते से दूसरे खाते में धनराशि स्थानांतरित नहीं होती है, वहीं आपके पेटीएम वॉलेट से बैंक खाते में पैसे स्थानांतरित करने के लिए 5% सुविधा शुल्क है। यह सुविधा शुल्क आपके पेटीएम वॉलेट में पैसे जोड़ने के समय पेटीएम द्वारा की गई लागत को कवर करने के लिए लगाया जाता है।

जब आप क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड या बैंक खाते का उपयोग करके अपने वॉलेट में पैसे जोड़ते हैं, तो पेटीएम उस बैंक को शुल्क अदा करता है जो आपसे कुछ भी शुल्क न लेते हुए आपका खाता रखता है।

जब तक आपके पेटीएम वॉलेट में जोड़े गए पैसे का उपयोग पेटीएम प्लेटफॉर्म पर या पेटीएम व्यापारियों पर माल / सेवाओं को खरीदने के लिए किया जाता है या किसी अन्य पेटीएम वॉलेट में स्थानांतरण करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है, तो Paytm आपसे कुछ भी चार्ज नहीं करता हैं।

हालाँकि, जब आप अपने वॉलेट से बैंक खाते में पैसे ट्रांसफर करते हैं, तो Paytm आपके वॉलेट में पैसे जोड़ने की लागत को कवर करने के लिए शुल्क लेता हैं। इसलिए, पेटीएम से बैंक ट्रांसफर करने वाले वॉलेट 5% पर प्रभार्य हैं।

अब Paytm वॉलेट से बैंक अकाउंट ट्रांसफर करने पर किसी प्रकार का शुल्क नहीं लगता। वॉलेट टू बैंक ट्रांसफर मुफ्त में कर पाएंगे। समय समय वॉलेट लोडिंग पर Paytm द्वारा कैशबैक भी दिया जाता है।
