Central bank AEPS Not Working – Complaint

Central Bank of India Complaint Number : 1 जून 2022 से आज तक Central Bank of India (CBI) का AEPS Service सही तरह से Work नहीं कर रहा है। आप जब भी AEPS Transaction करने की कोशिश करेंगे आपको AEPS Server Down का Error Message show करेगा। इस पर कुछ रिटेलर्स को ऐसा लगता है की यह गलती AEPS Service Provide करने वाली कंपनी की है। हालाँकि की ऐसा नहीं है, यह इशू सभी कंपनियों के रिटेलर्स को आ रही है और ये Central Bank of India का Server Problem है। अबतक लगभग 20 दिन हो चुके है, लेकिन इसे सुधारा नहीं गया है। इससे ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बैंक ग्राहकों को अधिक परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

2 दिन पहले एक रिटेलर ने मुझे RNFI की Retailer ID के लिए संपर्क किया था और पूछ रहा था की Central Bank of India का AEPS उसमे work करेगा या नहीं। इस पर, मैं वही जवाब दूंगा जो सही है। ID तो मेरे पास से नहीं लिया लेकिन वो व्यक्ति और कोई कंपनी की आईडी की तलाश में जरूर आगे बढ़ा होगा। इसी लिए मुझे यह आर्टिकल लिखना पड़ रहा है। इस आर्टिकल में Online Complaint करने और उसकी Status जाँच करने के तरीके बताये गए है।

इस समस्या का निराकरण केवल बैंक ही कर सकती है। इसके सम्बंधित आप Online तरीके से Complaint दर्ज कर सकते है। निचे एक लिंक दिया हुआ है, इस पर बैंक के कस्टमर या फिर अन्य व्यक्ति भी कंप्लेंट फाइल कर सकते है, और Online कंप्लेंट की Status भी चेक कर सकते है।

जब आपको बैंकों का सर्वर प्रॉब्लम दिखाई दे, कुछ देर बाद फिर से कोशिश करके देखें। बैंकों सर्वर आने और जाने में कोई समय नहीं लगता। हो सकता है, सर्वर में कोई टेक्निकल प्रॉब्लम के वजह से पल भर के लिए सर्वर डाउन दिखाई दे। इसलिए कुछ अंतराल बाद फिर से लेनदेन करने का प्रयास करें।
