AEPS कंपनियां स्वयं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए कई प्रकार के उपाय करते है। Referral Program एक बेस्ट प्रोग्राम है, जिससे नए यूजर्स को कंपनियां अपनी ओर आकर्षित करते है। Rapipay, Spice Money और पेनियरबॉय ये ऐसी ही 3 कम्पनिया है जो रेफरल प्रोग्राम का उपयोग करके नए रिटेलर्स को ऑनबोर्ड करते है। इस प्रकार के रेफरल प्रोग्राम का फायदा उठाकर Rapipay ने 5 लाख से ज्यादा रिटेलर्स बहुत कम समय में जोड़ लिया है। Rapipay का रिटेलर आईडी फ्री होने के कारन ज्यादा से ज्यादा रिटेलर्स ने ज्वाइन कर लिया और प्रत्येक Referral पर डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर को एक्स्ट्रा बोनस दिया गया, इसी वजह से Rapipay का Referral Program सक्सेसफुल रहा। लेकिन रिटेलर्स ऐसे है की कभी समाधान नहीं हुए और Perfect AEPS Service के तलाश में निकल पडे।

एक्चुअली Rapipay ने अपनी रेफरल प्रोग्राम बंद नहीं किया है लेकिन जो डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स को बोनस दिया जाता था उसे बंद कर दिया गया है। अब डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स केवल रिटेलर्स के ट्रांसक्शन के आधार पर कमीशन कमा सकते है। देखा जाये तो रापीपे अपने रिटेलर्स को बहुत कम कमीशन प्रदान करता है, जिसके वजह से बहुत से रिटेलर्स निराश होकर अन्य कंपनियों के साथ काम करना सुरु करते है।

इसी रेफेरल प्रोग्राम के माध्यम से 5 महीने के भीतर हमने 100+ रिटेलर्स को सक्सेस्स्फुल्ली ऑनबोर्ड किया है। लेकिन समाधानी ना होने के वजह से केवल 2 – 4 ही रिटेलर्स है, जो रेगुलर Rapipay के साथ काम करते है।
