DigiPay payout servers experience heavy queue congestion between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM due to nationwide VLE settlements happening simultaneously.

Best times to initiate payouts:

  • ✅ After 5:00 PM — instant, usually within seconds
  • ✅ Early morning before 9:00 AM — fastest processing

Avoid the 11 AM–3 PM window entirely on DBT release days (PM-Kisan, MGNREGS).

Also verify that your registered payout bank account has completed beneficiary penny-drop verification in your DigiPay admin profile.

Common issue — bank mergers:

If your bank was recently merged, update the new IFSC code in your CSC profile:
